The modern room had a lovely view of the skyline. the hotel is located in a very quiet area and is centrally located. - It's a short walk to very good restaurants, the mall, various shopping centres/stores, and WEM or Enoch casino.

I appreciated the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were amazing. The room was soundproof with extra towels, all the housekeeping plus a sofa bed, at least for me. The swimming pool was great too. My stay was such great here.

Thank you for a fine stay. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is superfriendly. There is a work desk, a multi-channel TV and a sitting area - that's always a plus.

Booked a room with two double beds, when we checked in we were rudely informed that this was not available we were getting a hide a bed instead, for the money I thought that was pretty lousy.

By and large, it was cozy base for sightseeing in Edmonton, had much fun and met amazing and awesome staff at front desk service. I was offered a room with particularly good views of the skyline.
The room was very cramped, and Wi-Fi was pretty slow, made me a little nervous.

I had a phone call at 7:30 in the morning telling me the room next door was flooded and they offered me four free nights etc.... Apparently this has been happening for awhile... I went to the front desk to gety free nights and the mgr on duty said this. I made a suggestion that they tell poeple from now on- lucky for me it was a business trip because I ate at Denny's and charged it to my room as that was the other thing the person on the phone said I would be reimbursed for.... Poor poeple who can't claim it as business and get taken advantAge of... I sincerely hope for your sake these poeple/person gets caught as it is disturbing and costly to guests. Thank you for your time!:)

Rooms were tiny and crowded. Hallways looked like they hadnt been vaccuumed in weeks. Front office evening staff were not helpful adn didnt seem to care. I spend a lot of time in hotels and this was difinitely one of the worst. I expected alot more form the sandman chain.

I didn't like the hard pillows or the tiny rooms.

We enjoyed the chop restaurant and the hotel's proximity to the west edmonton mall
The fact that there was no elevator and the room was a little tired.
